About This Role
We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to join our exciting, growing company delivering a cloud-based DataOps solution! The focus for this role includes managing assets, accounts, and permissions; remote laptop management; systems configuration and troubleshooting; and first-level support. We are looking for strong technical skills, attention to detail, the ability to self-manage and own problems, and enthusiasm for our inclusive and supportive culture.

- 3+ years of IT specialist experience (Required)
- Google Suite Administration (Required)
- Understanding of AWS S3 environment
- Experience managing account permissions and knowledge of secrets/keys management
- Familiarity with VPN technologies
- Remote laptop management
- Compliance experience (A Plus)
- Enthusiasm, curiosity, and drive!
